Warwick Acoustics’ WORLD’S FIRST REVEAL of the Limited Edition Black APERIO Electrostatic Headphone System

Since the successful 2019 launch of our flagship headphone system – The APERIO – the reaction from the press, trade and high-end enthusiasts has been incredible. With the multi-award winning APERIO being heralded as ‘by far the best headphone system they have ever experienced’.

The APERIO, designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, was developed with the most demanding professional audio creators and audiophiles in mind. With an integrated reference-performance DAC, analogue and network connectivity, the APERIO can also be used as a stand-alone full function pre-amp at the centre of ultra-high-end audiophile systems.

Today, Warwick Acoustics is proud to announce the ‘World’s First Reveal and Launch’ of a new look APERIO – the Limited Edition Black APERIO.

Following the tremendous reaction to, and sales of, the Black Edition BRAVURA which launched at the end of September 2021, we decided that the discerning music enthusiast should have the option to own the flagship APERIO headphone system in Black also.

The headphone grilles and hardware are all finished in black and the Amplifier front panel has a high-polish finish.  In addition, the front panel, volume control and input select switch all have bright edge detailing. Each Black APERIO also bears a ‘Limited Edition’ nameplate that sits on top of the Amplifier.

The Limited Edition Black APERIO will be launched at the Munich High-End Show on 19th May 2022 and will be limited to a maximum build of 50 Systems, each one coming with certification. 

The APERIO range of systems are all hand-built in the UK and production units will be available from June 2022. 

The Limited Edition Black APERIO will retail at: £32,000 / US$36,000 / €38,000
