Terms & Conditions – Online Purchases
Warwick Acoustics is pleased to offer a 30 day no-questions return policy. The return policy applies only to new headphone orders purchased from the www.warwickacoustics.com website.
Returns for a refund must be sent by signed-for carrier within 30 days of date of invoice with the appropriate insurance coverage. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, with all accessories intact, in like-new condition. Upon receipt we’ll refund the full purchase price of your headphone system. Return shipping costs are not included in the refund, you pay full shipping to our UK return location. Products returned with damage, not in the original packaging, or with items missing may incur an additional fee to make them good.
Right to Void and Refund an Order
Warwick Acoustics reserves the right to void and refund any order, for any reason (with or without cause) at its discretion at any time.
Non-delivery of Shipments
In the event a shipment is returned due to undeliverable address, customer isn’t available to sign or arrange alternate delivery, or customer refuses a delivery, Warwick Acoustics will refund the full purchase price less all shipping costs and carrier charges for both the initial delivery and the return.
Warwick Acoustics extends the following warranty periods for the individual parts of a Sonoma Model One system.
The periods indicated begin on the date of purchase as specified on the original sales invoice and this limited warranty is in addition to any statutory rights available to you under law.

What Is Covered:
Warwick Acoustics warrants that its products will be free of all defects related to manufacturing, parts, materials, and/or workmanship under normal and accepted use. The conditions under which this warranty ceases to be applicable are detailed in the next section.
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; cosmetic damage including, but not limited to, scratches, dents and broken parts caused by the owner; failure to follow all operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; excess temperature; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply or any non-Sonoma energizer; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; ‘Acts of God’; products purchased from unauthorized dealers; or defects incurred during transportation for which claims must be presented to the carrier. This includes any superficial damage to the boxes and packaging incurred during shipment.
As our products use natural leather, variations in texture and color are inherent and natural characteristics of the material. These variations are normal and considered acceptable by Warwick Acoustics and are not covered by this warranty.
What We Will Do:
Warwick Acoustics will, at its sole discretion, replace (using new or refurbished parts/products) or repair Sonoma products that are within the stated warranty periods from the date of original purchase.
Warwick Acoustics strives to improve the performance of its products, and, therefore, reserves the right to make changes to designs/specifications/materials at any time without notification. Warwick Acoustics may, at its discretion, choose to replace the product completely with a new or remanufactured product.
The terms of this warranty can be transferred to a subsequent owner provided the new owner is able to provide proof of original purchase, or the original purchaser has registered the product with Sonoma Acoustics.
Warranty Period For Repairs/Replacements:
All warranty repairs/replacements are guaranteed for 90 days or until the original warranty end date, whichever is longer.
Shipping To Warwick Acoustics:
Following submission of a Warranty Claim, a customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return shipping label. Warwick Acoustics will pay for ground shipping to its local service center for all warranty returns. Customers should include the RMA with their returned product(s), and indicate the RMA number on the shipping box.
Shipping From Warwick Acoustics:
Warwick Acoustics will pay for ground shipping to return all products repaired/replaced under warranty. Customers will receive tracking confirmation from Warwick Acoustics, and signature authorization will be required to receive your shipment.
